- Payments are considered late the day after the scheduled date. You have a 10-day grace period to bring the account current.
- After 10 days past due, a $25.00 late fee is added to the unpaid invoice, and the account is marked past due.
- An unpaid balance holds your record. While a balance is open you cannot register for the next semester, and grades, transcripts, and the certificate or degree conferral are withheld until the account is settled. A late payment can therefore delay your progression to the next term.
- If you know a payment will be late, contact the Bursar before the due date — arrangements can usually be adjusted, but only in advance.
A numbered, itemized receipt is emailed automatically the moment each payment clears — the first payment and every installment after it. Each receipt lists the line items, the amount paid, and your remaining balance, and is also stored in your student portal where you can view or download the PDF at any time.
Beginning with the Spring 2027 semester, every student will be required to register for and use their official @rahudsoninstitute.org email address for all Institute communication, coursework, and portal access. This is not required for the current admissions cycle, but it will take effect for Spring 2027 — all students should plan to activate their RA Hudson email before that term begins.
Accepted Payment Methods
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, Klarna, and Afterpay are accepted at checkout. Mail-in and offline payments to the Bursar are also honored. Application and one-time fees are due at enrollment.
